We have so much negative karma piled up like mountains in our mind stream. All our problems arise from this karma and it does nothing to deny it exists. We have to face our karma and then do something about it.

It is not enough to feel regret, we must apply the treatment, the method that will antidote this poisonous karma piling up in our mind stream.
